Shipping policy
Every item is made to order. Most items are ready in 1 working day; cufflinks and belts take 1–3 working days. If you ordered a mock-up, allow 1 extra working day to approve it.
We start production only once payment is received (except for orders paid on delivery at the parcel locker or to the courier). You cannot place an order without paying for it.

Delivery is free across the European Union on orders from €49.

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
We do not take payments at our workshops: the order must be paid in advance, when you place it on the website.
Good to know
- Delivery times count from the day of dispatch and are estimates – they depend on the carriers.
- Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link if the carrier provides one.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may have to pay customs duties and import taxes.
