Refund policy

This policy applies to items bought from the Lasermark.lt store. The seller is UAB LaserMark, company code 303212125.

Personalised (engraved) items

Most of our items are made to order: we engrave the name, date, text or logo you choose. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such items (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(3)), so we do not take back or exchange personalised items that are in proper condition.

When ordering, please check the engraving text carefully: spelling, dates and punctuation. If you ordered a mock-up, we start production only after you approve it.

Items without personalisation

You can return an item you did not ask us to engrave within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at lasermark.shop@gmail.com and include your order number. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping.

We refund the item price and the original standard delivery no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the item back or proof that it has been sent.

Defects, damage or our mistake

If an item arrives broken, has a manufacturing defect or the engraving contains our mistake (the text differs from your order), email us at lasermark.shop@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. Please tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We will make and send a new item free of charge or, if that is not possible, refund your payment. We cover the shipping costs.

This policy does not limit the consumer rights granted by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by the same method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise. Companies that paid by invoice are refunded by bank transfer and receive a credit note.

Disputes

If you have a question, please contact us first – we try to sort things out quickly. If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt).
