Engraved leather belt with "Best Manager" – a gift for your boss on Boss's Day (16 October), a birthday or at the end of the year. The wording is respectful, with no awkward jokes, so it works even if your relationship with your manager is formal.
We engrave the text on the inside of the belt – only the person wearing it will ever see it, every time he does it up. Instead of this text, we can engrave "Best Boss", "Best Manager" (feminine), "From the Team" or your own words, plus a name if you'd like.

The belt is made from natural leather, with treated, polished edges. The buckle is stainless steel. Belt width 38 mm, leather thickness 3.5 mm. Colours – black or brown.
We laser-engrave the text straight into the leather – it's not printed or stuck on, so it won't fade or wear off. We engrave in Lithuanian (with Č, Š, Ž and other diacritics), as well as Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, English or any other language.
The belt comes in a gift box – a black cardboard box with the same engraving as on the belt, included in the price.
For an extra €6 we’ll pack the belt as a gift set: a black box without engraving, tied with a red ribbon, with three Ferrero Rocher chocolates inside. Choose “Gift set with chocolates” under packaging.
We make it within 1–3 working days, and delivery across Lithuania takes 1–2 working days. Free pickup is available in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Belt size is measured from the buckle to the middle hole. We currently offer these sizes:

When is Boss's Day?
Boss's Day is on 16 October. We make the belt within 1–3 working days, and delivery within Lithuania takes 1–2 working days. You can also pick it up free of charge in Vilnius or Kaunas.
Can I order one for a female manager?
Yes. We engrave the same belt with "Best Manager" or "Best Boss" in the feminine form, or your own English wording.
Can I change the text?
Yes. Instead of "Best Manager", we can engrave "Best Boss", "From the Team", your manager's name or another short message – outside, inside, or both.
Will the engraving wear off over time?
No. The text is laser-engraved straight into the leather rather than printed or stuck on, so it won't wear off.
What if my size isn't listed?
Get in touch and tell us the length you need – we'll check whether we can make it.
Can I order belts for several managers?
Yes, just choose the quantity in your cart – each belt can have its own text or name. For 10 or more, get in touch and we'll agree on price and timing.
What’s in the gift set with chocolates?
The belt in a black gift box tied with a red ribbon, plus three Ferrero Rocher chocolates. The box in the set isn’t engraved – only the belt is. The set costs €6 more than the belt in the standard engraved gift box.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Add your company details when ordering and we'll issue the invoice in the company's name.
