A wine glass engraved “Best Manager” with her name and the year – the more formal version of our glasses for a manager. The year turns it into a thank-you for a specific stretch of time: a strong year, a project or a leadership anniversary.
A crown sits on top, with the Lithuanian “Geriausia vadovė” (“Best manager”) in small type, the name in large letters and the year below – “Nijolė” and 2026 in the photo. We can engrave a date or a span such as “2016–2026” instead, and the wording can be in English.

The glass is made of crystal glass, holds 49 cl and stands 21.5 cm tall. It is an all-round wine glass that suits white, rosé and light red wine – or water and cocktails when needed.
We laser-engrave the text straight into the glass – no paint, no stickers – so it will not wear off. The glass is dishwasher safe. We engrave Lithuanian letters (Ą, Č, Ę, Ė, Š, Ž and others) as well as Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, English and other languages.
We make it in 1 working day and deliver across Lithuania in another 1–2 working days, to a parcel locker or by courier. Free pickup is available at our office in Kaunas. The glass ships in a sturdy box with protective padding.

FAQ
Can you engrave any year?
Yes. We engrave whatever year, date or span you type in the order form.
How is this different from the “Best Boss” glass?
This one adds a line with the year, and “Best Manager” sounds more formal. Both cost €15.
Do you have something similar for a male manager?
Yes. The “Best Boss” whisky glass with his name costs €14.
Is the glass dishwasher safe?
Yes. The text is laser-engraved into the glass itself, so it does not wash off or fade in the dishwasher.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We make the glass in 1 working day, and delivery within Lithuania takes another 1–2 working days. You can also collect the order free of charge at our office in Kaunas.
Can I see the design before engraving?
Yes. Tick the mockup option in the order form and we will send the design for approval; production then takes 1 extra working day.
Can I order several glasses with different names?
Yes. Add the quantity you need to the cart and list the names in the order notes.
Can you issue an invoice to a company?
Yes. Add your company details to the order and we will email you the invoice.
