You can order the glasses in a white or black gift box for an extra €12. Inside is a black insert for two glasses: they don’t knock against each other, and both are on show as soon as the box is opened. The gift needs no extra wrapping.

Choose the “White gift box” or “Black gift box” option. Without a box, we ship the glasses in standard shipping packaging free of charge.

Can you engrave full names instead of initials?

Yes. We can engrave full names in place of the letters – type them in the inscription field, and tick the proof box if you’d like to approve the design first.

Can you replace the rose with another drawing?

Yes. Upload the drawing in the order form or describe it in the notes, and we’ll adapt it to the glass.

Will both glasses have the same initials?

Yes, as in the photo: we engrave the same design on both glasses. If you want different ones, say so in the inscription field.

Which box should I choose for a gift?

The gift box costs an extra €12. It comes in black or white, with a black insert for two glasses – pick the colour in the variants. Without a box, we ship the glasses in standard shipping packaging free of charge.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We make the glasses within 1 working day, and delivery within Lithuania takes 1–2 working days. Production and delivery together take up to 3 working days, so it is best to order at least a week before the wedding. If you collect at our Kaunas office, you need less time.

Are engraved glasses dishwasher safe?

Yes. The inscription is laser-engraved into the glass surface, so it won’t wash off or fade in the dishwasher.

What other wedding glasses do you have?

Wedding wine glasses: with rings and date, with holding hands, for witnesses, “Best Witness”. You’ll find wedding champagne flutes here. The wine glasses are the same 49 cl glasses – only the design and inscriptions differ.

Can I see a proof before engraving?

Yes. Tick the proof box in the order form and we’ll send you a design to approve; production then takes 1 extra working day.

Can I return engraved glasses?

Personalised items can’t be returned, as they are made to your inscription. To avoid mistakes, you can ask for a proof before we start. If an engraving error is ours, we’ll make the glasses again free of charge.
