Shipping and payment
Most orders are made in 1 working day; delivery within Lithuania takes another 1–2 working days. Orders over €49 ship free anywhere in the European Union. In Kaunas and Vilnius you can collect your order yourself, free of charge.

Every item is engraved to order, so we make it first and then ship it.

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. The courier lets you know the delivery time by SMS.

We ship to all EU countries and also to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Australia and other countries. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country and are paid by the recipient. Contact us for the exact delivery time to your country.
Pick-up in Kaunas and Vilnius
You can collect your order once you receive an email that it is ready.
- Kaunas — Savanorių pr. 271-311 (entrance from Mituvos g., 3rd floor). Mon 09:00–17:30, Tue–Thu 09:00–17:00, Fri 09:00–16:30.
- Vilnius — Fabijoniškių g. 99 (opposite the Mandarinas shopping centre, 4th floor, bell 420). Order pick-up on working days 08:00–20:00. Please call before visiting: +370 603 55354.

Payment methods
- Bank transfer via online banking — pay straight away at checkout.
- On delivery — pay at the parcel locker or to the courier.
- If needed, we issue an invoice to companies. Add your company details in the order comment or send them by email.
Payment by bank transfer
Orders placed by phone, at the office or via Facebook, as well as company invoices, can be paid by bank transfer. Please state your order number or your full name in the payment reference.

Returns and faulty items
Personalised items engraved to your order cannot be returned. This is set out in Article 6.22810(2)(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania: a consumer may not withdraw from a contract for goods made to their specifications. Please check your text before confirming the order, and if in doubt, tick “I want to see the mock-up”.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — a crack, an engraving error or another mistake on our side — email a photo to lasermark.shop@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will make a new item free of charge.
If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you can contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority — vvtat.lrv.lt.
