Yes. Engraving is included in every Lasermark.lt price — there is no extra charge for a name, a date or a message.

Choose a product, type your text in the order form, add it to the cart and pay. You can also order by phone at +370 601 52245, by email at lasermark.shop@gmail.com, or at our office in Kaunas or Vilnius.

Names, dates, messages, initials, logos, drawings and images. We engrave in Lithuanian, English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish — Latin and Cyrillic letters, including all Lithuanian characters.

Yes. You can attach a file in the order form — JPG, PNG, PDF, CDR or SVG. A clear black-and-white image or a vector file works best. If the image is not suitable for engraving, we will contact you and suggest a solution.

Yes, if you tick “I want to see the mock-up” in the order form. We will email it to you for approval before engraving. Production then takes 1 extra working day.

Yes. Tell us who the gift is for and the occasion — we will suggest a few text options.

Yes. You can bring your item to our office in Kaunas or Vilnius — it usually takes 30–60 minutes. You can also send it by post: we engrave it within 1 working day of receipt, and the customer pays shipping both ways. Customers' glass items are engraved only when brought to the office (we do not accept them via parcel lockers), and rings are not engraved at the Kaunas office. See engraving services.

Lasermark.lt makes most orders in 1 working day. Some products, such as cufflinks or belts, take 1–3 working days — the time is shown on each product. Urgent orders at our office can be done in 30 minutes to 1 hour if arranged by phone in advance.

LP Express parcel locker €3.50, Lietuvos paštas €4, Venipak courier €5. Orders over €49 ship free. Pick-up in Kaunas and Vilnius is always free. More on the shipping and payment page.

Within Lithuania, parcels take 1–2 working days by parcel locker or courier and 1–3 working days by Lietuvos paštas. Including production, the gift usually arrives 2–3 working days after you order.

Yes. Orders over €49 ship free to EU countries. Otherwise, shipping by post costs €10 (1–2 weeks) and by FedEx courier €21 (3–8 working days). We also ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and other countries; outside the EU, customs duties may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Yes, free of charge: in Kaunas (Savanorių pr. 271-311) and in Vilnius (Fabijoniškių g. 99). You can collect it once you receive an email that it is ready. Please call before visiting Vilnius: +370 603 55354.

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. If your parcel is late, email lasermark.shop@gmail.com or call +370 601 52245.

By bank transfer via online banking at checkout, on delivery at the parcel locker or to the courier. If needed, we issue an invoice to companies.

Yes. Add your company name, registration code and address in the order comment or by email, and we will email you the invoice.

Yes. The laser engraves the text into the glass itself, so it does not wash off or fade in the dishwasher. Lasermark.lt has tested this on its own glasses and mugs. Engraved cutlery is dishwasher safe too.

Laser engraving removes a thin layer of the surface, so the text becomes part of the object and does not rub off. Printing is a layer of paint on the surface that can wear off over time.

No. Items engraved to your order cannot be returned — this is set out in Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(3) of the Lithuanian Civil Code. Please check your text before ordering, or tick “I want to see the mock-up”.

Email a photo of the defect to lasermark.shop@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the defect is our mistake (a crack, an engraving error), we will make a new item free of charge.

Yes. We accept orders from 1 piece, with quantity discounts from 20, 50 and 100 pieces. For a quote, email lasermark.shop@gmail.com with the product and quantity.

Before Christmas, ordering 5 working days in advance is enough for companies. For large orders or if you want to approve a logo mock-up, we recommend ordering a week ahead. See corporate gifts.
