Photo engraving means your own photo transferred onto an item with a laser: a portrait of a couple, a family, a child or a pet. Such a gift keeps a particular moment and the faces, not just a name. You can add a short line to the photo, such as “Tėti myliu” (“Dad, I love you”), as in the example.
The price is €30 per item: €20 for engraving and €10 for preparing the photo. We clean up the photo, adapt it for the laser and turn it into a high-contrast single-colour image. If you ask in the form, we send a mock-up for approval before engraving.

We engrave metal key rings, pendants and lockets, watch case backs, wooden signs, notebooks and other items. Rings are accepted only at our Vilnius office or by post. Handwriting, a child’s drawing or a fingerprint is a separate service – see handwriting, drawing or fingerprint engraving.

How to prepare the file
- Photo – as sharp as possible, with clearly visible faces; ideally the original file from your phone, not a screenshot.
- Lighting – faces should not be too dark or in shadow; the image then engraves more sharply.
- Framing – the fewer people in the shot and the closer they are, the sharper the faces come out.
How to order
- Order online. Enter your text in the form and attach a logo or layout if needed. You can also email the file to lasermark.shop@gmail.com.
- Hand over the item. Bring it to our office in Vilnius (Fabijoniškių g. 99) or in Kaunas (Savanorių pr. 271) or send it by parcel locker. Please call before coming: Vilnius +370 603 55354, Kaunas +370 601 52245.
- We engrave. In the office it usually takes about 1 hour – you can wait and take it with you. Items sent by post are engraved within 1 working day of arrival.
- Collect it. In the office, or we send it back by parcel locker or courier. The customer pays shipping both ways.
If you tick “I want to see the mock-up” in the form, we send it for approval before engraving. This adds 1 working day.

Frequently asked questions
What photo quality do you need?
As sharp as possible. Send the original file from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a social media image.
Will the photo be in colour?
No. A laser engraves a single-colour image, so we turn the photo into a high-contrast black-and-white picture.
Can you engrave a photo with many people in it?
Yes, but the more people in the shot, the smaller their faces. You can look at the mock-up before engraving – tick the box in the form.
Can I add a line of text to the photo?
Yes. Enter the text – a name, date or short message – in the form and we will place it next to the photo, as in the example.
Will I see how it looks before engraving?
Yes. Tick “I want to see the mock-up” in the form and we send it for approval. This adds 1 working day.
Can you engrave handwriting or a fingerprint?
Yes, that is a separate service – handwriting, drawing or fingerprint engraving, €30.
Turnaround time
At our Vilnius or Kaunas office a simple order is usually done in 30–60 minutes – you can wait on site. Please call before coming.
Items sent via a parcel locker are usually engraved within 1 working day of receipt. The customer pays shipping both ways.

Payment methods: bank transfer via online banking, payment on delivery at the parcel locker or to the courier. If needed, we issue an invoice to companies.
