Terms of service

1. General

These terms set out the conditions for buying items from the Lasermark.lt store. The seller is UAB LaserMark, company code 303212125, registered address Darbininkų g. 5-5, Upninkų k., Jonava district, Lithuania, email lasermark.shop@gmail.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Orders and the contract

The sales contract is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email. Orders may be placed by individuals aged 18 or over and by companies.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The delivery cost is shown before you pay.

Orders are paid in advance: we start production only after payment is received. You cannot place an order without paying for it. The exception is orders paid on delivery at the parcel locker or to the courier. We do not take payment at our workshops, so an order collected there must already be paid for.

Payment methods: by bank card or online banking; on delivery at the parcel locker or to the courier. If needed, we issue an invoice to companies; production starts once it is paid.

4. Personalisation

  • You provide the engraving text, dates and other details, so please check them carefully before ordering. We engrave exactly what is stated in your order.
  • By sending us a logo, photo or other image, you confirm that you have the right to use it.
  • We may refuse to engrave content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others. In that case we refund your payment.
  • Product photos are for illustration. The position, size and shade of the engraving may vary slightly depending on the material.

5. Production and delivery

Production times, delivery methods and prices are listed in our shipping policy.

6. Returns

Return conditions for personalised items, the 14-day right of withdrawal and defect cases are described in our refund policy.

7. Liability

The seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control, or for errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the buyer (engraving text, address, phone number).

8. Personal data

We process personal data only to fulfil your order and where required by law. See our privacy policy for details.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation; consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt). The seller may change these terms; each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
