Roll the roller over clean skin from the centre of the face outwards and from the bottom up. The large roller is for the cheeks, forehead, neck and chin, and the small one for the area around the eyes, nose and mouth. For a cooler effect, keep the roller in the fridge before use.

A velvet pouch is included in the price. A gift box costs an extra €2 – choose the “Gift box” option.

How do I choose the font and design?

The font (1–7) and design catalogues are in the product photos. Type the text in the order form exactly as it should be engraved and add the font and design numbers in the comment.

Will the engraving wear off?

No. The laser engraves the text into the surface, so oil, serum or washing will not remove it.

How do I care for the gift?

After each massage, wash it with warm soapy water and dry it. Keep it in the pouch or box so the surface does not get scratched.

Can I see a mockup before engraving?

Yes. Tick the mockup box in the order form: we will send it for approval, and production will take 1 extra working day.

Can I return an engraved item?

Personalised items are made to order, so they cannot be returned. Please check the spelling of your text before confirming the order.
