How long does it take to make an engraved pet tag?

We make an engraved tag within 1 working day, and delivery within Lithuania takes 1–2 working days. You can also collect your order free of charge at our offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

What should I engrave on a dog or cat tag?

Most people choose the pet’s name and the owner’s phone number. You can add “I’m microchipped”, an address or another short text, plus a symbol from the catalogue.

What size is the tag?

The tag measures 25 × 25 mm. For small dogs and cats we recommend lighter tags of 19–25 mm.

How do the pet tags differ?

The tags differ in shape (round, bone or paw), size (19–25 mm), material (chrome-plated brass or aluminium) and colours. We engrave them all the same way – your pet’s name, a phone number or any other text.

Will the engraving wear off?

No. The text is laser-engraved straight into the metal – it’s not paint or a sticker, so it won’t wear off.

Can I see a proof before engraving?

Yes. Tick the proof box in the order form and we’ll send you a design to approve; production then takes 1 extra working day.

Can I return an engraved tag?

Personalised items can’t be returned, as they are made to your inscription. To avoid mistakes, you can ask for a proof before we start.

What if there’s a mistake in the engraving?

If the mistake is ours, we’ll make a new tag at our expense. If the mistake was in the text you sent, we’ll give you a 50% discount coupon for a new one, and you cover the delivery.
