Metal pens engraved with your company logo – a corporate gift for employees, clients and partners, or a giveaway for events and conferences. A logo pen works like a business card: people use it every day, and your logo stays in sight.
We engrave a logo, company name, website or slogan. Two lines of text fit, or a logo with one line. Upload your logo file in the personalisation field. If you like, we’ll send a mockup for approval before engraving – this adds 1 day to production.

The pens have metal bodies, write in blue and take replaceable refills. You can choose from 17 pen colours (each colour shows whether the pen has a glossy or matt finish) – for example, to match your brand colour. We laser-engrave the text: the laser removes the top layer of the coating, so the logo won’t rub off with use.
Order the pens without packaging, in a black cardboard sleeve with a red ribbon or in a gift box. The bigger the order, the lower the price per pen.

FAQ
How much does a logo pen cost?
Without packaging, it’s €2.20 per pen, €1.98 for 20–49 pens, €1.76 for 50–99 pens and €0.88 for 100 or more. The cardboard sleeve and gift box cost more – see the price table.
What logo file format do you need?
Upload your logo in the personalisation field in whatever format you have. If the file quality isn’t good enough for engraving, we’ll contact you.
Will the logo be in colour?
No. The laser removes the coating, so the logo comes out in a single tone – a light metal shade on the pen colour you choose.
Can each pen have a different name?
Yes. We engrave the logo on every pen, and you can list the names in the personalisation field or email us a list.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Add your company details when ordering and we’ll issue the invoice in the company’s name.
When should I order Christmas gifts?
Ordering 5 days before Christmas is enough. For more than 100 pens, contact us earlier so we can agree on timing.
Production time
Most products are made in 1 working day; cufflinks and belts in 1–3 working days.
