A wine glass engraved “The Manager’s Glass” with her name – a solid, understated gift for a manager. The wording has no jokes and no judgement, so it fits even a formal working relationship or a manager who has only just taken up the role.
A laurel wreath sits on top, with the Lithuanian “Vadovės taurė” (“The manager’s glass”) in large letters and her name in capitals below – “Jolanta” in the photo. We can engrave a surname, job title or date instead of the name, and the wording can be in English.

The glass is made of crystal glass, holds 49 cl and stands 21.5 cm tall. It is an all-round wine glass that suits white, rosé and light red wine – or water and cocktails when needed.
We laser-engrave the text straight into the glass – no paint, no stickers – so it will not wear off. The glass is dishwasher safe. We engrave Lithuanian letters (Ą, Č, Ę, Ė, Š, Ž and others) as well as Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, English and other languages.
We make it in 1 working day and deliver across Lithuania in another 1–2 working days, to a parcel locker or by courier. Free pickup is available at our office in Kaunas. The glass ships in a sturdy box with protective padding.

FAQ
Is it suitable for a newly appointed manager?
Yes. The wording does not rate her performance, so it works even in her first week.
Can you replace the laurel wreath?
Yes. We can engrave a crown, a company logo or another symbol instead – upload the file in the order form.
Is the glass dishwasher safe?
Yes. The text is laser-engraved into the glass itself, so it does not wash off or fade in the dishwasher.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We make the glass in 1 working day, and delivery within Lithuania takes another 1–2 working days. You can also collect the order free of charge at our office in Kaunas.
Can I see the design before engraving?
Yes. Tick the mockup option in the order form and we will send the design for approval; production then takes 1 extra working day.
Can I order several glasses with different names?
Yes. Add the quantity you need to the cart and list the names in the order notes.
Can you issue an invoice to a company?
Yes. Add your company details to the order and we will email you the invoice.
